Valencia, February 4, 2019.-The president of the Port Authority of Valencia (APV), Aurelio Martínez, signed today before a notary public the sale of plot Z1 of Parc Sagunt by Valencia Intermodal and Logistics Platform (VPI) to the company TEMPE, of the Inditex Group. The amount of the purchase-sale operation of this 279,380 m2 plot amounts to 31,039,118 euros.
