Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts, in its article 347.2 establishes that “the contracting profiles of the contracting bodies of all state public sector entities must be hosted on a mandatory basis in the Contracting Platform.Public Sector Contracting, managed and disseminated exclusively through it.A link to their contractor profile located on the Public Sector Contracting Platform will be included on the institutional web pages of these bodies.”
